arch default for powerpc64-linux

Setting ARCH to "powerpc:common64" ensures we pick up the 64 bit arch
for output files in a bi-arch linker. Otherwise ld -r can fail.
* emulparams/elf64ppc.sh (ARCH): Set to powerpc:common64.
(COMMONPAGESIZE): Define.
