Either list can be used.  I have your submission in my queue of mails
to be looked at, but it usually takes me a couple of days to get round
to looking at them.

One very important question is: do you have a binutils copyright
assignment on file with the FSF ?  Without such an assignment we
cannot accept your patch. :-(
