Well spotted. I really want it as the comment says.
* elf64-ppc.c (ppc64_elf_howto_raw): Remove stale FIXMEs.
(ppc64_elf_reloc_type_lookup): Use proper CTOR reloc.
(ORI_R0_R0_0): Correct.
