FAIL: SH DSP basic instructions

hi !

The following two patches correct some flaws in basic DSP instructions.
Have you got this error before or after applying them ?

Also, I looked through the binutils-2.11.2 testsuites but did not find
any DSP related testcases. Are you using your own testsuites ?
