        sections for the O32 ABI.

(*mumble about patch that even fails the binutils testsuite, which
isn't exactly comprehensive* 8-)

I dunno if "readelf.ss-mips" is intended to test only only specific
ABI(s) or what.  If it is, then The Right Thing is probably just to
renumber the incorrect indices down one to match the patch.
