gas dwarf2 support uses wrong address size

Since the n32 ABI runs on 64-bit architectures, gas dwarf2 thinks it
has 8-byte addresses, but dwarf2 addresses are only 4 bytes long.
Oops.  This fixes the problem.  Ok to install?
