[PATCH]: Support GC sections for HC11/HC12

This patch adds the support for garbage collection of sections in HC11/HC12 elf.

	(elf32_m68hc11_gc_sweep_hook): Likewise.
	(elf_backend_gc_mark_hook): Define for GC section support.
	(elf_backend_gc_sweep_hook): Likewise.
	(elf_backend_can_gc_sections): Likewise.

	* elf32-m68hc12.c: Likewise.
