binutils-2.13.tar.bz2

Great!  Thanks.  This is the first binutils release from the FSF
with QNX support in it (i386), and some people I know are keen
on giving it a go.

I also noticed that the website shows 2.12.1 as the latest stable 
release with an ftp link pointing to it.
