[PATCH]: Report HC11/HC12 linker script fix on the branch

Hi!

I've reported a fix from mainline to the branch for HC11/HC12.
It fixes HC11/HC12 linker scripts for static C++ constructors to work correctly
on that platform.

I do not re-post the patch.

	* scripttempl/elfm68hc12.sc (FINISH_CODE, FINISH_RELOC): New to handle
	.fini[0-4] sections used by _exit
	(CTOR, DTOR): Export ctor/dtor symbols; move them to ROM.
	(*.text,*.data,*.bss): Take into account .text.*, .data.*, .bss.*.
	* scripttempl/elfm68hc11.sc: Likewise.
