dec Alpha osf cross loader mingw

Hi,

I have installed the binutils
date 20010921 on a dec alpha osf 4.1 machine as a
cross loader for mingw32. With gcc(2.95.3) it compiles  with
cxx (a native dec compiler) I get errors.
ld generates unaligned errors.
I wonder has someone got this working on a alpha?

I used the cross_mingw.sh script
from http://members.telering.at/jessich
but basically I do configure --target=mingw32
in the binutils directory.

I get the impression from searching over the Internet that
the Alpha is unsupported. Is this correct?
