Building binutils for uclinux/arm

... which means I'm back to binutils-2.9.5 (or doing binary search for
the version where it disappeared, of course.)

Shouldn't matter, as long it cooperates with gcc-3.0.2 (I just thought
when upgrading to the new gcc I should upgrade binutils as well)
