[PATCH] Preliminary MIPS gas NewABI relocation handling

Hi All,

this adds some sort of handling for NewABI relocations, doing
basically nothing instead of running into an internal error.
It is a preliminary fix because some of these relocs might need
special handling for proper NewABI support.
