FYI, I checked this in.

I should have mentioned before, it was tested on mips-elf and
mips-ecoff.

I also did a bit more checking on this, to make sure i wasn't somehow
clobbering a valid indication of a regression.

I verified that this test case failed for mips-ecoff in just about
every situation i could easily test:

        cvs co -r binu_ss_19990502 binutils
        cvs co -r binu_ss_19990602 binutils
        cvs co -r binu_ss_19990721 binutils
        2.10 release (first release with the tests)
        2.10.1 release

I.e., for mips-ecoff, as far as I can tell, it failed consistently
since it was introduced.  As far as I can tell, it was never a valid
test for mips-ecoff.
