man pages not regenerated

Doing a cvs update I noticed:

M binutils/ar.1
M binutils/cxxfilt.man
M binutils/dlltool.1
M binutils/nlmconv.1
M binutils/nm.1
M binutils/objcopy.1
M binutils/objdump.1
M binutils/ranlib.1
M binutils/readelf.1
M binutils/size.1
M binutils/strings.1
M binutils/strip.1
M binutils/windres.1
M ld/ld.1

Since those are now generated from the texinfo files, we should add
new versions.  Shall I commit my version of the files?  Is a ChangeLog
entry with "Regenerated." needed for these?
