ld oformat binary bug

I've got crashes using --oformat binary with ld from latest cygwin, 
but also recompiling from the latest snapshot of binutils with the 
same target platform. ld seams to crash calling:
	ldemul_create_output_section_statements ()  [ldlang.c]

The problem disappear rebuilding with target i686-linux-coff.
That's not really a problem, just a curiosity...

Any idea?
