m88k testsuite

I'm about to commit a testsuite I have written for the gas port to
m88k.  It uncovered one bug in the assembly of the XMEM instruction,
which I will fix at a later date.  Everything else is fine (as you
might expect from a 10 year old port!)

	* gas/m88k/allinsn.s: New file.
	* gas/m88k/allinsn.d: Likewise.
	* gas/m88k/m88k.exp: Test with allinsn.s also.

I hope to write some linker tests as well.
