Should we remove those man pages from CVS?

This should be easily fixable.

Patches to pod2man that would let you embed spaces like that would be more
than welcome.  If you know enough about nroff to make the changes that you
think would improve it, I'd be glad to try to pick that up and roll it
into the distribution.
