The binutils-2.11.1 archive was broken.  I have deleted it from 
sources.redhat.com and asked ftp-upload to remove it from the gnu.org ftp 
site.

Some of the recent patches to the toplevel Makefile seem to cause the 
"binutils" subdirectory to be left out of the tarfile.  Alan, H.J: you have 
been making changes in this area recently -- would one of you care to fix it?  
My guess is that the direct culprit was:

	* Makefile.in (gas.tar.bz2): Pass TOOL=bfd PACKAGE=gas to make.
	(gas+binutils.tar.bz2): Likewise.
	(binutils.tar.bz2): Pass TOOL=bfd PACKAGE=binutils to make.

since the do-proto-toplev rule uses $(TOOL) to control which directory is 
included.

Once this problem is resolved I'll make a new release and call it 2.11.2.
