Hi Guys,

  My theory is that we should use libiberty/testsuite/lib for now, and
  if/when DejaGnu is next likely to be released we can migrate them
  into its lib.

  But, if Ben wants to take over maintainership of DejaGnu then maybe
  we can coordinate a new relase right away.
