make check failures on sparc64-linux

On Sparc gas fails for me these tests:
FAIL: vtable inherit0
FAIL: vtable entry1

The error messages are:

Is this a bug in the sparc assember?

I'm using binutils-2.11.90.0.15 from HJ Lu (recent CVS version)

and run configure as:
 ../configure --prefix=/usr --enable-shared --with-gnu-ld --with-gnu-as --libdir=/usr/lib64 --infodir=/usr/share/info 
--mandir=/usr/share/man --host=sparc64-suse-linux
