Missing instruction in s/390 assembler.

Hi,
the s/390 assembler misses the lgh instruction. Simple problem, simple fix:

2001-06-01  Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>

     * s390-opc.c: Add lgh instruction.
     * s390-opc.txt: Likewise.
