[PATCH]: Fix pb in gas 68hc11 with bsr/bra

Hi!

I've committed the following patch to fix a nasty bug that causes
a wrong fixup to be created for bsr/bra instructions.

	and bra relax: update fragP->fr_fix after the fixup.
