Cross Compiler have a problems?

Dear Binutils.

I am make a cross-compiler for arm-elf, use a binutils-2.11.2 &
gcc-2.95.3 in now.
But, i have some problem.
First. ARM b/bl(branch & branch link command for ARM) command is
recursive call.

  .
 c10 ebfffffe    bl    c10,<_entry + c10>


What can i fix the problem?
