New MIPS maintainer

Hi Guys,

  Eric Christopher has agreed to take over the role of MIPS port
  maintainer.  (Sucker!)  However, if anyone else also wants to share
  this role, or to volunteer as a maintainer for another binutils
  port, please do hot hesitate to contact me.
