elf64_alpha_find_nearest_line fails for compaq execs

Ah.  Ug.  In which case, I like your first patch better.  ;-)
I'll apply it to mainline and to the 2.11 branch.

Incidentally, gcc 3.0 will also produce dwarf2 by default,
so it's go to get this sorted out proper.
