[patch] doc/chew.c: Do not output trailing whitespaces. (Revised)

Hi,

Attached is a revised patch to omit trailing whitespace(s) in chew.c.
It gets rid of trailing whitespace(s) in both type and function names.

The reason for changing the last 'while' loop to a for loop is that
the 'while' loop assumes 'idx == openp'.

Tested on my machine.  OK to apply?

If so, should I commite the regenerated version of bfd-in2.h,
libbfd.h, libcoff.h as well?
