 OK, I've sent almost all patches I consider for 2.11.  The remaining one
was created by Ulf Carlsson in the 2.9.5 days.  Much of his code got
incorporated into 2.10.91.  I've sent him the remaining bits for a
comment.  I'm not sure if they are needed for MIPS/Linux -- I haven't
tested such a configuration.  They are needed for MIPS64/Linux and for
some SGI configurations, AFAICS.
