Remove redundant bits from "fa", "da" and "ed" flags

Hi Guys,
It was pointed out recently on the bug-gnu-utils list that the
"fa", "da" and "ed" flags in the ARM sources for GAS have a
redundant (bit harmless) bit set. This patch removes that bit,
making the sources slightly more intuitive.
