intel gas and `--32'

The bug was introduced by me so I will fix it soon (over weekend).
I think the sane behaviour is to make --32 option to be silently accepted
on non-elf targets, since all these targets are 32bits and --64option
to be refused.

This at least simplifies the testsuite, that currenlty passes --32 to all
i386 tests, just to make them working on the x86_64 as well.

This intended behaviour seems to be moslty of what current gas does, except
for refusing the --64 option.
