[patch] Add support for or32-*-* and openrisc-*-*.

   Here's a patch for config.sub that add support for or32-*-* and
   openrisc-*-*.  Ok to commit ?

In future, such patches should be sent to <config-patches@gnu.org>.  Your
copy of config.sub should include this information in the comment at the top
of the file.

Since I'm the maintainer, though, your patch is noted. ;-)
