A patch for ia64 testcases

Yes, this is OK.

And David's opcodes/ia64-opc-a.c patch is OK too, with the proviso that
ia64-asmtab.c needs to be regenerated and mentioned in the ChangeLog entry.
Also, David's ChangeLog entry for ia64-opc-a.c is more verbose than
necessary but that fix is optional.

The patches need to go on both the trunk and the 2.11 branch.  I'm assuming
that you will check them onto the trunk, so I will have to check them onto
the branch.
