PDP-11 port

Hi Lars,

  Thank you for submitting the PDP-11 port patches to binutils.  I
  have now applied and checked in all of your patches (include,
  opcodes, bfd, ld, gas).

  There were a couple of things that you missed.  You did not add
  rules to build cpu-pdp11.lo in bfd/Makefile.am and you did not add
  an entry to binutils/NEWS mention that the support for the PDP-11
  had been added.  I have taken care of both of these things.  I have
  also regenerated all of the files that need recreating and checked
  them in as well.

  One other thing that you missed, which I did not fix, was the lack of
  a GAS testsuite to check the assembler and disassembler to make sure
  that they work.  I hope that you will find some time to take care of
  this.
