Old PLT in elf64-alpha via ld --traditional-format?

I punted on it for a while, and then ceased being the NetBSD/alpha
port maintainer in probably '97, and probably didn't properly pass the
baton...  of course, for a while, there was no replacement
NetBSD/alpha port maintainer, so nobody to pass the baton too.  8-)

Really, in some sense, this is an artifact of NetBSD diverging so far
from stock tools and/or lagging behind in upgrading.  Kinda lame.  8-)
