[patch] to opcodes: ranlib the libopcodes.a in the build directory

Hi there,

The patch below solves exactly the same problem in opcodes as my previous one
does in bfd.

	* Makefile.am (stamp-lib): ranlib the libopcodes.a in the build
	directory.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
