[PATCH] Support %r_disp{8,16,32,64} and %r_plt{32,64} on SPARC

It's broken in 2.5.1 and 2.6, and fixed in 2.7 and 2.8.  I've tested a
simple switch to DW_EH_PE_aligned and that works just fine on 2.5.1.

What's the advantage of this big %r_disp32 patch over just using
DW_EH_PE_aligned?
