PATCH: Return error in readelf.c

[H . J . Lu]

readelf always returns 0 even if it fails to process the file. Here is
a patch I am going to check in.

	* readelf.c (process_file): Return 0 if OK, otherwise return 1.
	(main): Return process_file ().
