Overloaded cvs server

Am I the only one getting a lot of problems from the cvs server:

bo@idefix /work/binutils/src> cvs -z9 update
Fatal error, aborting.
load average of 42 is too high

I have a patch I need to send but that's not really possible right now :-(

Just for the record: Using other cvs servers works fine from this machine.
Only the binutils one (anoncvs) is a problem.
