[patch] the rest of ld: Fix formatting.

Hi,

Attached is a patch to fix formatting of deffile.h, lexsup.c, and
mri.c.  Since the patch includes many changes in amount of space, I
did 'cvs diff -bu' as well (see patch2.gz).  OK to apply?
