[patch] bfd/cpu-*c.c: Fix formatting.

I don't usually examine formatting patches, but most of this doesn't
seem to do anything.  Okay, occasionally a few blank lines are removed
but that appears to be all.

I suppose the patches that appear not to do anything remove spaces at
the ends of lines or somesuch.  Is it worth messing up the diffs for
these changes that aren't even visible?  Remember, a fair bit of
maintainers' time is spent reading diffs.
