Should ppc's `bge-' be rejected with -mcom?

Binutils 2.10 CVS rejects it, H.J.'s 2.9.5.0.42 doesn't.  GCC's latest
snapshot attempts to use `bge-' while building the main multilib
variant of libgcc for powerpc-ibm-aix4.1.5, and, since I've been
building it with binutils 2.10 CVS, it fails.
