	* config/tc-avr.c (AVR_ISA_???): moved to include/opcode/avr.h
	(REGISTER_P): likewise.
	(avr_opcodes): uses include/opcode/avr.h
	(avr_operand): enable ld r,Z or st r,Z for at90s1200.
