license on libbfd?

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask the question so please
bare with me.

I wanted to know if I develop a commerical product (not under GPL) that I
staticly link with libbfd, with out any changes to libbfd, what do I need
to do to be in compliance with the GPL to sell my product.  

Also is libbfd under GPL or LGPL?
