Building binutils for wince

I'm trying to build the binutils for MIPS wince. I've just download binutils-2.10.tar.gz and I use setup.exe to install the stuff on c:\cygwin dir. After installation it creates binutils-2.10 dir. from the bash shell inside this directory I run 

./configure mips-idt-pe

but bash just said "No such file or directory". Is there something wrong with my installation?
