New ELF DT checkin

Hi,

I have checked in the new ELF DT stuff from Solaris 8. Could someone
please check the values of DT_CHECKSUM and DTF_1_CONFEXP in
/usr/include/sys/link.h on Solaris 8 and send them to me?
