binutils 2.10: configure.texi missing?

Hi,

 It appears etc/configure.texi and related files are missing from the 2.10
release.  Is it intentional?  I don't think so.  Still they are present in
the CVS tree both in the 2.10.90 trunk and in the 2.10 release branch.
