ELF Symbol Visibility

Hi Martin,

  Thanks for the ELF symbol visibility patch.

  The patch is fine, so I have accepted it and applied it to the
  sources.  I will check out the possible problems with the v850 ABI,
  and if necessary post a patch to this list.
