: What are "CONTENTS, ALLOC, LOAD, READONLY, CODE" ,etc ? Are they

Ian has already answered this.  You can find a PDF version of the ELF
spec (where these flags are defined) at:

Try downloading the 4.1 specs and checking out figure 4-11.  An HTML
version, with pretty much the same information can be found at:
