[Patch] Unitialised variable in BFD VMS code

Hi Guys,

  Whilst working on another problem, I cam across a seg fault that was
caused by an unitialised variable 'test_len' in the function
_bfd_vms_get_record.  I have checked in the patch below to fix this.
