Oops, sorry. I saw both formats in the existing ChangeLogs and didn't know
which one is preferred. Now that you've told me that the short one is
preferred, I'll use it from now on.

Sorry, I don't use Emacs. What I use to edit text files is my personal matter,
though, and not relevant to my Binutils contributions, as long as they are in
the right format, in which they will be from now on, now that you've told what
format you prefer.
