Patch to readelf dwarf2 support

Hi Jason,

: This patch updates readelf to support linkonce.wi sections (which

Please could you get approval before checking in patches to
sourceware.  In this case I certainly would have approved the patch,
(although I would have suggested a capital letter for the start of the
"linkonce" comment).  But since people out on the net have to go
through the approvals procedure I do want to make exceptions for Red
Hatters, it sets a bad precedent.
